Terms & Conditions

All invoices are payable within 15 days from the invoice date unless Ishtikah provides written approval for alternate terms.

Failure to pay within 15 days may result in immediate suspension of shipments, removal of credit privileges, or requirement of full prepayment for all future orders.

A strict 2% monthly finance charge (24% annually) will be applied to all overdue balances beginning the day after the due date.

Accounts more than 30 days past due may be turned over for formal collection, with all legal, administrative, and collection costs charged to the Buyer.

Any returned checks or failed payments will incur a $50 fee plus bank penalties.

Credit limits are granted based on financial review and may be changed or revoked at any time.

Ishtikah reserves the right to require financial statements, updated references, or prepayment at its discretion.

Orders that exceed the Buyer’s credit limit or involve payment risk may be held until payment arrangements are approved.

Prices may change without prior notice and are confirmed at the time of order.

Buyer is responsible for all sales taxes, duties, and government fees unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.

Quotes are valid for 30 days, and any additional fees (including card processing fees of 3–4%) may apply based on payment method.

All orders ship FOB Shipping Point, meaning ownership and risk transfer to the Buyer once materials leave Ishtikah’s facility.

Ishtikah is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, customs issues, or supply-chain disruptions.

Buyer agrees to inspect all shipments immediately and report discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.

No returns will be accepted without written authorization from Ishtikah. Approved returns may incur a 15–35% restocking fee.

All custom, non-stock, or special-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned under any circumstances.

If a Buyer cancels an order after processing has begun, they are responsible for all costs incurred up to that point.

Ishtikah passes through manufacturer warranties only and provides no additional warranties, expressed or implied.

Ishtikah is not responsible for consequential losses, including lost profits, labor, downtime, or incidental damages.

All disputes will be governed by the laws of Illinois, and any legal action must be filed within Illinois jurisdiction.

By placing an order or accepting delivery, the Buyer agrees fully to these Terms, which override any conflicting terms issued by the Buyer.
